At Norvello, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund.
To qualify for a refund:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be returned in its original packaging.
The following items cannot be returned:
Gift cards
Downloadable software or digital products

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

Don't worry — this is completely normal. Once your order is placed, it can take 2–5 business days before your tracking number activates and shows any movement.
Here's why: your order first needs to be packed, handed off to the carrier, and scanned into their system. Until that happens, your tracking link may show as inactive or return no results — even though your order is on its way.
