Why isn't my tracking number working yet?

Don't worry — this is completely normal. Once your order is placed, it can take 2–5 business days before your tracking number activates and shows any movement.

Here's why: your order first needs to be packed, handed off to the carrier, and scanned into their system. Until that happens, your tracking link may show as inactive or return no results — even though your order is on its way.

If your tracking number isn't updating:

  • Wait 2–5 business days after your order confirmation
  • Try again after 24 hours — it often activates overnight
